Tender description
The Service supports at least 1150 vulnerable households in Year 1. If further funding is not available for Years 2 and 3 the Provider will support at least 900 households in Years 2 and 3. The service will provide vulnerable households with tailored solutions to address identified needs for people living in cold properties, delivered in their homes.
