Tender description

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to tender for the Modernisation of the County Supplies Warehouse Management System. The Contract will be for a period of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 3 years. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire and complete and submit the Part A — Tender Questionnaire, the Part B — Return Document and Return Document 1 — Pricing Schedule and any supporting information requested by 14:00 on 22.6.2018 together with if appropriate the Cloud Questionnaire. The County Supplies business unit within Hampshire County Council (HCC) is seeking to modernise the scanning hardware and software that support the warehouse processes and provide integration to the core SAP warehouse management solution. The key objectives of this procurement are: 1) complete a modernisation of the warehouse specific software, scanning devices and warehouse label printers; 2) put in place a contract for the ongoing support and maintenance of all warehouse specific software and scanning devices. Any contract awarded as a result of this procurement process will be for implementation and integration services and ongoing support and maintenance services.
