Tender description

Licensed electricity suppliers only are invited to answer and submit a request to participate questionnaire for the supply of electricity to all Manchester City Council operational building stock, plus associated electricity supplies to all Manchester schools, and to affiliated independent organisations that secure their electricity through the City Council. The framework will be for 1 year with an option to extend for 3 additional single years, commencing October 2018. The framework will comprise the following lots: Lot 1 1 UMS HH Street Lighting supply (plus 5 UMS NHH Street lighting supplies). Total load. 17GWH Lot 2 128 Over 100KW sites (including 4 over 1MW sites). Total load 74GWh. Lot 3 920 Sub 100KW sites (profiles 01-04). Total load 20GWh. Lot 4 10 non mainstream associated “autonomous” supplies that are part of a standalone "independent" pot. Total load 8GWh. It is anticipated there will be more than 1 supplier per lot on the framework to provide services for each of the 4 lots. Keywords: Electricity Supply, Energy, Utility, Electricity, Street Lighting
