OI may have a requirement to procure and provide support for Engineer Survey (ES) instruments. ES instruments cover a range of technical capability to allow Military surveyors to carry out a range of defined functional requirements. Response deadline 31.7.2018 OI may have a requirement to procure and provide support for Engineer Survey (ES) instruments. These allow Military surveyors to carry out the following functional requirements: All site levelling tasks including formwork: — Conduct topographic surveys, — Carry out hydrographic surveys, — Conduct tunnelling surveys, — Collection of accurate intervisible electronic survey data& establish local line of sight control, — Export topographical data for setting out purposes in industry standard formats, — Collection of accurate survey data from areas that are not intervisible, The current support solution consists of the following types of instrument: — Electronic Total Station (ETS), including remote (robotic) operation, — GNSS Survey Instrument, — Echo sounder, — Optical and Digital level, — Handheld distance meter, — Construction scanning laser, — Ancillaries are included with relevant instruments. — Contract duration TBD with Industry as part of understanding the cost drivers.
