Devon County Council and its partner commissioners are seeking to commission a residential Short Breaks service for disabled children and their families in Devon. The service will be delivered mainly from 4 properties throughout the administrative boundary of Devon County Council. The service will support in the delivery of the Children Act (1989); The Breaks of Carers for Disabled Children Regulations (2011); The SEND Code of Practice: 0-25 years (2014); The National Residential Contract for the placement of Children in Children’s Homes (2012). There will be a Tender Launch Event held in Exeter on 6.7.2018 at 10:00 to 12:00.
