Kilkenny and Carlow ETB invites tenders from economic operators for the provision of a recruitment agency to supply agency personnel to supplement its core staff as and when required. These services will be provided to offices, schools and centres under the remit of Kilkenny and Carlow ETB across the Counties of Kilkenny and Carlow. Kilkenny and Carlow ETB plans on establishing a drawdown framework for the duration of the contract.
