The London Borough of Redbridge is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to provide Residential Lettings Management and Block Management Services. The Contract is for the appointment of letting and management agents who will manage the private rented homes and undertake the block management of the properties developed under the London Borough of Redbridge’s wholly owned development company, Redbridge Living This procurement is using the Open procedure in accordance with PCR 2015 regulations. Organisations expressing an interest to tender for the Contract are required to complete a Selection Questionnaire containing information about their economic and financial standing, technical capability and other general information and submit as part of their tender. This information will be assessed to establish that the organisation is financially viable and technically capable of undertaking a contract of this nature. Access to the Selection Questionnaire and procurement documents about the Contract can be obtained from the London Tenders Portal. The Contract shall be awarded based on the most economically advantageous Tender received, full details included in the procurement documents
