Tender description

This Expression of Interest (EoI) Application Form relates to the Promoting Independence Service Social Impact Bond. This EoI is for Investors and Intermediaries only, and will be used only to inform the Council and potential Service Providers of those Investors and Intermediaries who may be interested in providing or sourcing social investment for the Promoting Independence Service. This application process is not competitive, and does not in any way represent procurement for goods or services. Responses to the application form will not be scored, though the Council reserves the right to request clarification or further information from respondents. A separate, OJEU compliant procurement exercise is being undertaken for delivery of the Promoting Independence service (Yortender Ref: DN335365 – further detail at Section 2 of the attached EoI document). The formal OJEU procurement process will require potential Service Providers to source their own social investment and submit a fully financed bid at tender stage, following an initial SSQ/PQQ shortlisting process.
