St Albans City and District Council is looking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for Cost Consultants for the City Centre Opportunity Site South (CCOS S), St Albans. The key outcome from this appointment is to provide accurate full elemental cost plan based on the RICS New Rules of Measurement (NRM) through RIBA stages 2 to 6. These Cost Plans are for a new mixed use scheme including residential flats, commercial space and retail for sale on the open market. St Albans City and District Council invites tenders for the provision of Cost Consultancy Services approximately from RIBA Stage 2 through to RIBA Stage 6 of the CCOS South Project. The Council wishes to appoint a highly motivated and experienced firm of Cost Consultants to ensure the successful delivery of this corporate priority project.
