Tender description

The East Riding of Yorkshire Council seeks information from the market on Finance Management Systems, seeking to understand the functionality available and how this functionality compares with existing systems and processes. The council currently has an e-procurement, purchase ordering, accounts payable, general ledger, budgeting and invoice tracking system. These provide an electronic procure to payment solution for 400,000 payments a year. The current system has over 2500 users with varying profiles/roles, including requisitioning from catalogues or using free text. The Council runs a separate debtors and cashiering system under a separate contract and we are also interested in this functionality. Keywords: software, finance, accountancy
