Tender description

Bord Gais wishes to appoint a Fulfillment service provider to manage Fulfillment services in its water division. These services will include the provision of print, mail and dispatch services, including but not limited to procurement of: — stationery materials for printing and mailing, — retrieval of files from a third party data server, — printing of documents and application production control marks, — enclosure of insertions with printed documents into envelopes, — presentation of mail to An Post Mail Centre and/or via a courier — An Post Mail Centres currently are located in Dublin, Cork, Athlone or Portlaoise and mail must be presented at least once per day to a Mail Centre, — provision of reporting and management information, — secure destruction and recycling of redundant stationery materials, — provision of a stationery ordering interface, and — provision of business continuity.
