Tender description

Hampshire County Council (The Council) has awarded the Contract for the supply and Installation of a range of pay and play activities, including aerial trekking, auto belayed climbing, along with the demolition and replacement of the existing bouldering wall at the Calshot Activity Centre. These three elements will be undertaken within a tightly defined area within the Sunderland Hangar at Calshot. The Council aims to complete this project no later than February 2019. The Open Procedure as defined by Regulation 27 of the PCR15 was followed. Full details regarding the nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of needs and requirements were made available via In-tend. The Council has awarded this contract to one primary contractor, to deliver all elements of this project (the primary contractor has indicated to subcontract certain elements of the project with the councils permission), to ensure leverage of effective contract management and value for money. The Contract is scheduled to commence on [01st June 2018].
