Tender description

This Tender is to establish a framework agreement for the supply of a variety of paper based products for domestic and hygienic purposes. The products provided within the scope include Hand Towels, Toilet Tissue, Centrefeed, Facial Tissue, Napkins and Couch Roll. Lot 1 will be a contract to be accessed by the Participating Authorities listed below, who have aggregated their spend and will contractually commit to purchasing a specified value and/or volume of their requirements for a minimum period of 24 months to drive price efficiencies pursuant to this Lot. — Warrington and Halton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, — Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, — Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust, — Southport and Ormskirk Hospital NHS Trust, — Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust, — Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Trust. Each a "Participating Authority" and together the "Participating Authorities" Additional Beneficiaries may be added to the agreement after commencement of the initial contract. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this framework agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE. Submission of expressions of interest and procurement information This exercise will be conducted on the HTE Bravo portal.
