Value is 2 670 000 for total of 5 years. To be able to maintain all hydraulic models automatically, through introducing model integration from GIS, SAP and SCADA systems, such that updates to infrastructure and demands would flow into the models and feedback from instrumentation would verify the modelled outputs: — transparent access to accurate data (“1 version of the truth”) that will improve the accuracy of modelling processes, timeliness of decisions and confidence of stakeholders, — to achieve “high” confidence status against the accuracy and verification of all models — tracked through objective measures (eg: SCADA flow and Pressure Monitoring System comparisons), — all model attribution would be held in the correct master system, — manual intervention would not be required to administer updates to models; model anomalies exceeding set tolerances or triggers would be dealt with by exception, — a set of operating protocols, within the software, to administer. We shall aim to conduct a RFI — and at the same time we will have run a workshop for tender clarification and Q and A sessions, all minutes and questions must be recorded and shared with all vendors. During this stage it is best to state we can conduct optional due diligence checks to check the responses provided are adequate and they may impact the scoring any visits must be scored and documented, scoring will be marked against model answers, bidders names will be hidden during scoring. To ensure we are protected during any possible challenges. After this it will be a RFP followed by a negotiation with ideally final bidders.
