Tender description

PHE Are looking for expressions of interest for the works as described below. The works are designated as OFFICIAL SENSITIVE. PHE require a demolition and earth moving contractor for work at its site in Salisbury. Works expected to take place Sep – November. This will be to support a construction and refurbishment project at the DSTL Porton Down site. This is a pre-demolition and soil removal package to increase concurrent activity and to reduce the risk of delay to the critical path later in the project. Outline Scope of works: • Soil strip for main contractor site compound. • Creation of temporary access road • Demolition of building 457 and slab. • Removal of trees • Soil strip and reduced dig for soak away. • Removal of oil tank etc Companies interested in tendering this work will be required to sign a Confidentiality Disclosure Agreement.
