The Centre for Process Innovation Ltd (CPI) requires the following; We currently operate a reel-to-reel Nilpeter MO4/FA4 printing press which has the capability to perform offset litho, rotary screen, flexographic and gravure printing processes as well as die cut, lamination and sheeting operations. The multi-process narrow web Nilpeter press is available for development work, prototyping, scale-up and pilot production. It provides a test bed to allow clients to develop intelligent print for a variety of applications such as labels, switches and sensors, flexible packaging, radio frequency identification (RFID) and near field communication (NFC). There is now a requirement to add further capability through re-registration such that multiple passes can be made possible and that a suitable level of alignment is achievable.
