Tender description

The Master Trust initiative responds to the Pension Scheme Act 2017, which requires TPR to authorise and supervise all DC Master Trusts. The Master Trust Programme is therefore a regulatory initiative that is mandated by law. TPR must deliver the required target operating model for pre-authorisation activity in March 2018. Having sufficient and appropriate process and systems expertise (with a practitioner's insight) is critical to resolving these challenges. This contract will provide the expertise that is required to design, build and deliver the suite of supervision processes and procedures, including the industry liaison that will be required to socialise our requirements and expectations of Master Trust providers.
