Herefordshire Council have identified a new service requirement relating to Early Years speech, language and communication. In order to develop a robust service specification which is cost effective, able to deliver set outcomes and can sustained beyond the contract lifetime, we wish to gain feedback from potential providers who may be interested in delivering this service in Herefordshire. The Herefordshire Joint Early Years Speech, Language and Communication Service will deliver a universal offer to enhance the communication, language and literacy skills of all children aged under five years.
