ITT for the Independent Evaluation of the Mandarin Excellence Programme

Tender description

UCL is planning to purchase the services of an independent evaluator appointed through a transparent procurement process. From September 2018 to March 2020 the evaluation will: 1. Evaluate the programme's successes and challenges and report on the delivery of programme objectives from September 2016 to March 2020; 2. Explore possible barriers to success, and wherever possible provide reasonable recommendations for programme improvement; 3. Evaluate the progress toward required numbers of Mandarin speaking pupils; 4. Evaluate pupil progress and report on the prospect for sustainability of Mandarin teaching within schools after the end of the programme.
