However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and Wandsworth Borough Council (together known as 'the Authorities'), are inviting tenders for the provision of a hosted software system for Planning. The Authorities willbe entering into a joint contract with the successful tenderer.
