Tender description

Although this notice states Open procedure, the University administered the Tender process in accordance with the provisions of EU Public Procurement Schedule 3 Social and Other Services of Light Touch Regime, CPV code 85000000. Further Lot details can be found in section II.2 Description. Occupational Health Services (OHS) for approximately 2500 employees predominantly based within the West Midlands region. The OHS Provider is responsible for delivering an effective OH service to the University’s employees. Provision of an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for approximately 2500 Staff. The EAP will support the interests of the University and its employees, helping to maintain and improve workplace effectiveness and performance, providing reassurance and peace of mind to users. Occupational Health Services (OHS) for the Student population (where applicable) at the University. This includes a pre-placement review and immunisation service for new students and referral services for on-going students. This service is applicable to applicants/students on specific courses at the University, where assessment is required for fitness for practice.
