Tender description

As detailed within the previous PIN (2017/S 179-365997), Essex County Council is conducting a series of market engagement events for those interested in delivering external fostering placements for children and young people up to the age of 18 in Essex. Essex County Council would like to invite organisations to attend the third market engagement event which will take place on 24.7.2018 from 12:00 until 14:30 at the Chapter House, Cathedral Walk, Chelmsford CM1 1NX in the St Cedds room. Candidates are advised that this event will focus on the following key areas: — Overview of the proposed pricing schedule, — Key performance indicators for this service, — Advice for prospective candidates on how to tender for public sector procurements, — Indicative timescales, To reserve a space at this event, please e-mail: External.Fostering@essex.gov.uk by 17:00 on 16.7.2018. During this event, providers will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the Council's commissioning intentions and raise any ideas, views and suggestions with commissioners and members of the project board.
