Further Face to Face Procurement Process for 2018 Civil Contracts

Under this Further Face to Face Procurement Process, the LAA is inviting responses from Applicants to its Invitations To Tender (“ITTs”) for the delivery of publicly funded civil legal aid services under a 2018 Standard Civil Contract (“Face to Face Contract” or “Contract”) in the following Categories of Law: • Family (includes private law family and public law child care); • Housing, Debt and Welfare Benefits; • Immigration and Asylum; • Mental Health; • Community Care; • Claims Against Public Authorities (formerly known as ‘Actions Against the Police etc’); • Clinical Negligence; • Public Law; • Family Mediation. Applicants must ensure that they complete a response to the Selection Questionnaire and a response to the relevant Face to Face Contract ITT(s) for the civil legal aid services the Applicant wishes to deliver under the Contract. This opportunity opens on 27 June 2018. The deadline for submitting a Selection Questionnaire Response is 5pm on 10 August 2018. You must read the Information For Applicants (IFA) document before submitting your response. The IFA can be found in the ‘Buyer Attachments’ section of the ‘Selection Questionnaire for the Further Face to Face Procurement Process' ITT or can be downloaded from the Gov.uk website: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/civil-2018-contracts-tender We will accept questions about this IFA up until 23.59 on 18 July 2018 (referred to below as 'End date for supplier clarification messages'). Questions must be submitted through the relevant e-Tendering message board. Further information on how to submit a question can be found in the IFA.
