Crown Commercial Service (CCS), as the Authority, intends to put in place an agreement for the provision of Financial Analysis and Monitoring Services for use by Central Government and UK public sector bodies. The objective of the procurement is to create an agreement that the Public Sector can use to access the following services — Services used to assess and monitor the financial strength and the credit worthiness of companies and of citizens. It is currently envisaged that this will be in the form of a multi-supplier, multi-lot framework but this will be determined as a result of the market engagement. CCS welcomes input from market experts or specialists as to the structure, nature and principles of the proposed commercial vehicle.
