As part of its general City Centre development plans and ahead of its status as UK City of Culture 2021, The council is planning to demolish: Coventry Point CV1 1EA At present, the Council is seeking response to a set of pre-tender questions which do not form part of the procurement process or evaluation but are considered to be helpful in confirming the final procurement strategy. This can be found at www.csw-jets.co.uk under Coventry Point Demolition project 6239. Responses need to be submitted by 9:30 am on 2.7.2018. This lot is for the removal of asbestos and soft strip of Coventry Point to ensure it is ready for demolition. This lot is for the demolition of Coventry Point.
