Tender description

Westminster City Council (the Council) has appointed a single provider (“the Provider”) who will be considered as the production partner to the Council’s City promotions, Events, and Filming team to oversee the event management and production of West end Live — the Council’s annual, free summer showcase event. The Contract is for a period of 4 years, starting date 14.5.2018 and end date 13.5.2022. The Council may, in its sole discretion, extend the Contract for a period of up to 12 months. The Council reserves the right to source additional events management and production services under this Contract. The Council makes no guarantee as to the nature and extent of such additional services. However, the potential service additions may include the following: — Event management consultancy services, — the provision and delivery of Event management and Production services on behalf of the Authority for other Council (or Council supported) events. Contract for the provision of event management and production of West end Live – the Council’s annual, free summer showcase event. The Contract has been awarded for a period of 4 years with option to extend up to 12 months.
