Construction work for engineering works except bridges, tunnels, shafts and subways

Design and installation of three new sidings at Farnham Traincare Depot and associated infrastructure upgrades as follows: Sidings 18/19/20 DC power supply upgrade Car parking and train crew accommodation Ground level and raised walkways Lighting and small power as required It is a design and build contract under the JCT 2016 D&B Form of Contract and It is intended to award a single contract for ALL the works outlined in this Notice. Works will not be split into separate Lots. ITT for the construction works is scheduled to be issued in December/January 2019 following the publication of GRIP 4 design report. Construction period is anticipated to around 10 months. Please note that NO DOCUMENTS ARE AVAILABLE ON www.southwesternrailway.com so do not look for any documents related to this project on the web site. The purpose of this Notice is to invite 'Expressions of Interest' via email on anil.kukreja@gwr.com only. NO other documents are required to be submitted at this stage. Following the closing date of this Notice all the applicants will be send PQQ documentation via SWR's tendering portal. The PQQ documentation are scheduled to be issued during August 2018.
