Tender description

Dover District Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable contractor (or contractors) to undertake the digital upgrade of its existing CCTV system, along with associated works to supply and fit out the CCTV control room. The contract is anticipated to commence in November 2018 and will continue for an initial period of 3 years (maintenance and support) with option to extend for a further 24 months (in 12 monthly increments). Tender returns are to be completed and submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal by no later than 17:00 hours on 3.8.2018. Upgrade of existing analogue CCTV cameras with HD cameras. Upgrade of existing analogue CCTV cameras with HD cameras. Installation of HD camera to a new location and transmission to the CCTV control room. To supply and fit out a new control room to be located in the council’s main offices. To provide a town centre WIFI service for Dover, deal and sandwich.
