Fire Risk Assessments for the Housing Portfolio Central Bedfordshire Council's Housing Service wishes to employ a competent, qualified person/company to review fire risk assessments and prepare new risk assessments as required for our Housing Portfolio. Properties will include: Sheltered or Independent Living Schemes Communal areas/blocks of multiple occupancy (flats) Temporary Accommodation /Houses of Multiple Occupation Gypsy & Traveller site offices Others as required. It is intended that the contract will start in September 2018 and is for 2 years Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you though the Tender process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all firms quoting, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. Please review the 'Clarification' tab for any update or responses to any questions raised. Deadline for Expressions of interest and availability of downloading documents Monday 16th July 2018. Completed tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via out 'In-Tend' electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the 'My Return' section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your tender must be submitted via the 'In-Tend' system no later than 12 Noon on Friday 20th July 2018
