Pre-qualification and short listing. Cork County Council wish to procure a works contractor to construct a proposed housing scheme. The works will consist of the construction of 51 nº houses and the conversion of Lower Tawnies Cottage and outhouses, which are protected structures, into 6 nº houses, stores and meter rooms, associated site development works including foul and surface water drainage, attenuation, road realignment, new boundary treatments and landscaping. Works may be completed on a phased basis; with phased substantial completion certificates issued to enable elements of the project to be occupied. Pre-qualification and short listing.
