Tender description

Renfrewshire Council is looking to introduce a managed stores service which is to be provided by an external partner for the supply and/or delivery of trade material commodities and associated services. The materials will be used to carry out approximately 85 000 repairs and maintenance to housing and non-housing Council properties. The Council currently operates a central stores facility from its Underwood road depot to serve the current material supply requirements. It is the Council’s intention that the Supplier operates from this facility occupying it on the terms and conditions of the Council's licence.
