Annual Billing Print and Production

Tender description

Cornwall Council are tendering the contract for an end to end print services, which will include all data and processing into a set of provided templates, the printing, collating and insertion of the documents into pre-printed envelopes and releasing to the postal services of the annual Council Tax and Non Domestic Rates bills in Cornwall. The contract will also include all annual CT Exemption notices, Housing Benefit (HB) notifications, Landlord letters and any relevant leaflets which are to be matched with the relevant bills (using data provided by Cornwall Council). Also included is the printing of envelopes and additional information leaflets that will also be required for inclusion. Compliance to industry standards in data processing, printing and personalisation, alongside robust reporting and quality control of the processing and manufacturing will be mandatory and these are defined in detail in the detailed requirements and the supplier suitability evaluation questions.
