1172 Gateway House refurbishment of the existing toilets blocks at De Montfort University

De Montfort University are looking to undertake the refurbishment of the existing toilets blocks and Gender Neutral toilets on each floor level (Ground floor and 6 upper floors) at Gateway House on the De Montfort University campus in Leicester. On the ground floor we are intending to create a unisex toilet out of the existing male and female toilets and on the first floor a new Accessible / gender neutral toilet; the remainder of the works will be the refurbishment of the existing toilets. The work itself consists of the replacement of existing toilet fittings and cubicles, new flooring and ceilings, the installation of new wall tiling and lighting and decoration where applicable. • Length of contract: 10 weeks.
