Tender description

Kent County Council (The Council) wishes to procure a specialist external provider to evaluate the LoCASE project at its midway point and immediately prior to its completion in within a budget of £5k. The evaluation will review all aspects of the project in relation to the ERDF Funding Agreement, identify areas of best practice and make recommendations to the Accountable Body as to possible future collaboration arrangements. It will draw on the experiences of the beneficiaries (SMEs), delivery teams and external stakeholders (Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce, Giraffe Innovation and the South East Local Enterprise Partnership.
