Tender description

London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and Wandsworth Borough Council (together known as “the Authorities”), are inviting tenders for the provision and delivery of Public Consultation and Market Research Services. The contract will be split into three lots. The Authorities will be entering into a joint contract with the successful tenderer(s). London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and Wandsworth Borough Council (together known as “the Authorities”), are inviting tenders for the provision of an annual residents survey for the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and a biennial residents survey for the London Borough of Wandsworth. The Authorities will be entering into a joint contract with the successful tenderer. Wandsworth Borough Council (“the Council”), are inviting tenders for the provision of housing surveys for the Housing and Regeneration directorate of the London Borough of Wandsworth (currently estimated to be 2/3 per year) for the London Borough of Wandsworth. The Council will be entering into a contract with the successful tenderer. London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and Wandsworth Borough Council (together known as “the Authorities”), are inviting tenders for the provision a consultation support service providing elements of the following on an ad hoc basis: manual entry of paper responses, quantitative and qualitative analysis including coding and theming of open comments, report writing. The Authorities will be entering into a joint contract with the successful tenderer.
