NHS National Services Scotland and Scottish Government procurement are seeking to establish a single supplier collaborative framework for commercial off the shelf (COTS) Software and supporting services. This collaborative framework will be open to all parts of the Public Sector in Scotland and will have an estimated value of between 60 000 000 GBP and 160 000 000 GBP. The Value Added Reseller will be required to undertake a range of tasks in addition to the purchase of software such as running a help desk, maintaining software licence records and providing support and implementation services which will be key value add services.
