Resident Engagement For Consultation On Draft Sustainability Strategy

Sutton Council (‘the council’) is reviewing its sustainability strategy. The Council will run a public consultation on a draft strategy throughout August and September 2018, via its online consultation platform. The council would like to supplement this with additional engagement of residents to gather their views on the draft sustainability strategy, especially with hard-to-reach groups. The council are seeking a suitable provider to engage with residents of the London Borough of Sutton, to gather their views on the draft sustainability strategy. This would take place between 3rd August and 28th September 2018. The provider is expected to describe the engagement methods proposed and the number of people reached. The provider shall provide a report detailing the results of their engagement, at the end of the service period. The council are interested in engaging with all types of residents of the London Borough of Sutton. The provider should engage with as many of the following groups as possible: Economically disadvantaged and those living in social housing. Young parents (under 35). Teenagers, children and other young people (under 25s). Ethnic minorities. Those who don’t have access to the internet.
