Tenders are invited for a specialist to act on behalf of Birmingham City Council Events Team (the Council) to provide the creative format, scheduling, production and installation for the event which will take place on Sunday 11th November 2018 between 6.00pm - 7.00pm at Cathedral Green, Colmore Row, Birmingham, and be responsible for all Health & Safety and all installation, production and de-rig costs. The project will take place between July and November 2018 with event delivery on the 11th November 2018 Registration and use of in-tend is free. All correspondence for this procurement process must be via the in-tend correspondence function.
