Tender description

Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is setting up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of print and design services. The DPS is broken down into 4 categories: A) Large print runs A 1 000 — 50 000 print run of various brochures and leaflets that may contain anything from 2pp up to 20pp and of various size. B) Short print runs Mainly digital printing of 50 copies up to a couple of thousand depending on its content. C) Banners and large format printing PVC Banners of all sizes, pop up banners, signage and street signage. D) Design Services Creative design and artwork to cover all media literature – press ads, leaflets, brochures, website design and social media Bidders may bid for any or all of the categories, but need to meet the minimum criteria for each of the categories to be admitted to the DPS for that category. It is estimated that the expenditure across all categories is approximately 250 000 GBP per annum. Print and Design Services through a Dynamic Purchasing System.
