Tender description
The City of Wolverhampton Council wishes to appoint a suitable provider to deliver it's Home Library Service. Wolverhampton's Home Library Service delivers a range of materials directly to residents of any age who, because of illness, disability or frailty, are unable to visit their local library. The service is also available to carers who have difficulty accessing the library service due to their caring responsibilities. The service is provided free of charge to customers.
