(NU/1386) NUBS Cluster and Signage AV Works (2 Lots)

Tender description

Newcastle University invited suppliers to bid for the following AV project (2 Lots).This opportunity was only made available to the suppliers appointed to the "Audio Visual Supply and System Design, Integration and Maintenance" (Lot 2) framework who have confirmed they will tender for work at Newcastle University. The terms and conditions of this framework agreement shall apply to any award made from this procurement process. There were 2 Lots available, as described below, each of which will be assessed (and awarded) individually if it offers the University better value for money to do so: Lot 1 - NUBS Clusters - The Newcastle University Business School (NUBS) is a purpose built teaching centre based at Gallowgate; the AV within its 3 Teaching Clusters is due for upgrade this Summer as part of a refresh project. Lot 2 - NUBS Signage - the School have decided to upgrade the signage provisions in its main reception area with the addition of an NEC Video wall and branded Dalen Signage stands incorporating NEC P554 Displays.
