Tender description

The Government is considering the introduction of a Deposit Return Scheme (DRS) for single use drinks containers (plastic, glass or metal) in England. To help inform this decision more evidence is required around the amenity benefits of an improved environment that would result from any litter reductions achieved via a Deposit Return Scheme. This includes amenity benefits of both the land and marine environment
