Tender description

SEERPIC Forces are seeking tender submissions for annual motor fleet insurance cover commencing the 1.10.2018 under a long term agreement for a minimum period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years at their sole discretion. Lot 1 will require a bid for the whole consortium (all Police Forces included within the ITT) without exception. The cover, terms and conditions and level of deductible which apply must be the same for each Police force however variances in claims handling authority will be permitted. Only one bid per bidder is allowed under this Lot. Lot 2 will require a bid for the whole consortium (all Police Forces included within the ITT) without exception. However variances in terms, conditions and/or deductible between Police Forces will be permitted. Bidders may submit more than 1 bid under this Lot. This Lot requires a bid for Bedfordshire Police only per the Instructions contained within the Invitation to tender (ITT). Bidders may submit more than 1 bid under this Lot. This Lot requires a bid for Cambridgeshire Police only per the Instructions contained within the Invitation to tender (ITT). Bidders may submit more than 1 bid under this Lot.
