Maintenance contract for our Varian 21iX Linear Accelerator To provide the comprehensive maintenance contract for our Varian 21iX Linear accelerator (Serial Number H140224) comprising of the following: — 21iX Clinac system, — 4DiTC Treatment Console, — Millennium MLC120 system, — Portal Vision 1000 system, — OBI system, — CBCT system, — RPM gating system, — RapidArc delivery system, — (All the above supplied by Varian Medical Systems). The maintenance contract shall include as a minimum the following: — weekend PMIs quarterly including relevant parts, — mandatory Varian safety upgrades coverage, — comprehensive parts coverage including Klystron, OBI X-Ray tube and waveguide, — on-site Labour coverage during normal working hours, — Help desk technical support including remote support, — Help desk clinical and application support including remote support, — all field service reports to be supplied, — all parts to be Varian original unless can be proven to the Trust that they comply with the relevant regulations. That the parts supplied do not breach the relevant regulatory body for acceptance of the linear accelerator for the Treatment of Patients. For any additional hours outside the normal working hours, the labour rate must be quoted in the agreement. Travel time rate must be quoted and stated if it is capped.
