This is a call-off Framework Agreement and successful Bidder(s) will be required to design and supply internal LED Luminaires and associated fittings and spares. Durham County Council are looking to standardise LED Luminaires throughout Council Establishments by using products from one manufacturer to improve repairs and maintenance, efficiency and provide value for money. The Council requires a “one-stop-shop” for the design and supply of LED Luminaires throughout Council Establishments. The Council requires products from one manufacturer to be included with your bid and to be utilised throughout the term of the Framework. The successful bidder will be required to design and supply LED Luminaires and associated fittings and spares to Durham County Council’s Specification and the applicable BS EN Standards, Regulations and Legislation. Durham County Council is developing an internal LED replacement programme with the aim of replacing existing light fittings with LED energy-efficient units to Durham County Establishments. To support the replacement plan Durham County Council are seeking to put in place a Framework Agreement for the Design and Supply of internal LED Luminaires and associated fittings and spares. This is a call-off Framework Agreement and successful Bidder(s) will be required to design and supply internal LED Luminaires and associated fittings and spares. Durham County Council are looking to standardise LED Luminaires throughout Council Establishments by using products from one manufacturer to improve repairs and maintenance, efficiency and provide value for money. The Council gives no undertaking as to the level or any spend via this Framework Arrangement. Following this tender exercise a maximum number of two bidders who achieve the highest weighted tender scores will be awarded a position on the Framework. The Council intends to identify a main supplier onto the Framework together with a reserve supplier. The successful supplier placed in first position, following the tender exercise, will be selected to deliver every Call off from the Framework. The reserve supplier will only be used should the main supplier fail to conform to the contractual requirements of the Framework.
