Why the Work is Being Done The purpose is to have in place the means to provide additional support and services for the ICT Department. The process will be based on a call off arrangement against a need / requirement – as and when required. Further details are included or can be obtained from Procurement Department at Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust. Problem to Be Solved The support and services for ICT will cover all existing services and functions namely:-  Information Management • Information Applications – support & development (centralisation) • Business Intelligence • Information Analysts • Information Governance • Data Warehouse • Information Governance  Information Technology • Infrastructure – Data Centre, Unified Communications • IT Service Management – Service Desk, Service Support  Programme & Project Management • ICT project management Who Are the Users To deliver the service support for the ICT Department Early Market Engagement Work Already Done Existing Team The successful bidder will be working with the ITC Team as it exists at the Trust. Specific project needs are detailed and available. Current Phase Live Work Location St Pancras Hospital, 4 St Pancras Way, London, NW1 0PE Working Arrangments In order to deliver the service support for the ICT Department this will require resources with the skills and qualifications as stated in the full specification. However please note, this is not an exhaustive list and additional resources may be required depending on the demand of the ICT Department. Resources will be required to work on-site.
