Tender description
Each year YHN manages approximately 2500 voids on behalf of NCC. Every property that becomes void is subject to various checks, remedial works and cleaning to ensure its suitability for the next customer. It is vital that the utilities supply is not interrupted and any historic debt does not preclude a new customer from accessing gas and electricity.
