Catering Services Catering services are given high status in the Venue’s delivery aims and it is vitally important to the management team to secure a catering supplier who will share in their vision and objectives for the continuation of improving business. The catering supplier must provide: — A consistent, high quality product throughout all areas, enabling catering services to be perceived as much more than a convenient “add-on” facility. — Contribute towards the enhancement of the image, delivery and improvement of the venue. — Catering that is accessible to all groups of visitors, cross gender, age, cultural, social and ability barriers. — The Floral Pavilion with a reliable and significant income stream. — A tool to market the Floral Pavilion as a destination for a diverse range of events. For example weddings, conferences, VIP visits. — A pre-theatre dining offer to add to the experience of our patrons visit to other events within the venue. — A high quality event catering offer that attracts business and maintain the reputation of the Floral Pavilion and its customers
