Tender description
Supply, installation and ongoing maintenance of a Interpreter training facility at the university of Leeds. ITF2 conference area contains a conference table, accommodating 10 delegates plus the chairperson/tutor, enclosed by 7 interpreter booths, 5 of which accommodate dual interpreter positions, the remaining two being single interpreter booths. The Centre for Translation Studies is proposing to replace the current electronics with a professional conference system, incorporating digital recording facilities, aimed to provide a realistic environment for interpreter training.
