Durham County Council is developing an internal LED replacement programme with the aim of replacing existing light fittings with LED energy-efficient units to Durham County Establishments. To support the replacement plan Durham County Council are seeking to put in place a Framework Agreement for the Design and Supply of internal LED Luminaires and associated fittings and spares.
